Hello, thank you for your question. We have a strengths based recruitment process and you can find the strengths we recruit on our website: https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students We will test you on these strengths multiple times throughout the recruitment process.
My best advise is the following:
- practice for the online assessments (CAPP assessments and assessment days are two really good websites to practice)
- research! Why EY, why the role you have applied for, why your location etc?
- ensure you complete each stage of the assessment in a quiet space where you feel comfortable and you won't be disturbed
