There are always so many different events and opportunities and talks going on that you can be a part of. For example we just had a talk from Katie Piper about her journey and it was so motivational and such a privledge.

Hmmm. I think there are lots of facets to enjoy. I like what I do, I like the fact we have a very busy period to then a time when it is quite chilled and you get to do lots of team activities, EY is absolutely amazing in terms of supplying opportunities to go out as a team for many parties, dinners etc. So I would say it is a feeling of belonging and having a good challenge.

The flexibility - I work from home 3 days a week and EY even provides items to ensure that you can work at home comfortably. I also enjoy the sense of community especially within your team. As Natalia said, there are often team socials and opportunities to connect outside of your day-to-day.

Ah yes, Rachel is right, the fact we can work from home and that core hours are flexible, so you can go to your appointments or walks for mental health no problem!
