We use a company called Sterling to carry out our pre-employment checks. They will contact you to provide consent to reach out to your previous employers, schools, university etc etc and also conduct a DBS. Once you have provided consent they will start the checks, which usually take 4-6 weeks to complete. This includes checking your right to work in the UK using their digital verification tool. As long as everything can be verified, there will be no need for you to come into an office apart from to collect your laptop

You will receive your offer letters once you have received a verbal offer from the recruiter. Your actual salary and start date will usually be sent 8 weeks before the start date
