Please note that our Career Starters programme does not include an interview. However, for the interview stage in the apprentice programme, this will be an opportunity to share your strengths and motivations for the role you’ve applied for with a senior member of the team. It is also your chance to ask any questions you have about the programme and business area you’ve applied to. If your selection process involves this stage, you’ll receive instructions and guidance from us to help you be at your best :)
Hi and thanks for your question, an interview isn't part of the EY application process for Career Starters. However, once you complete the two-day programme, you can be be fast-tracked for consideration for an apprenticeship with EY for the following year. This process will include an assessment centre with group and written activities, and the final round will involve an interview.
Rest assured, we'll provide you with all the support you need to succeed in both the assessment centre and the interview as we also invite you to webinars to help you prepare. When practicing interview questions, focus on your strengths—think about what you're good at, what you do well, and what you enjoy most.
