I think a common suggestion for this is to ensure that you have done as much research as possible on EY and the programme/service line that you are interested in. It's important that during the application process you can clearly articulate why you are interested in that programme, service line, and location. So it might be useful to check our our website/social media channels!

I think it is a bit difficult to stand out at the early stages of the application, as these are online testing stages so you don't have as much of an opportunity to differentiate yourself. However, at the EY Experience Day you certainly have a chance to shine! At the same link that I provided, you can see some tips for success at the EY Experience Day.
