Which & how many tests are there, how many interviews and assessment centres - and what is the rough timeline?
Hi Neal - thanks for your question. The application process stage for the Graduate programmes have 5 stages: Application form; Online Assessments; Job Simulation; EY Experience Day (virtual assessment centre); Final Interview. Key things to help you prepare are practicing numerical reasoning tests and situational judgment tests (Online Assessments) and research your service line/programme and location to make sure you're motivated to apply. You can find out more about each stage here: https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/application-process
Thank you for your reply Verity!
Hi Verity, what can we expect from the EY experience day? How is it structure? Are there any case interviews, esp for consulting roles?
Hi Charvi - for the virtual EY exerience day you'll take part in a few different exercises that will measure your strengths - you'll receive lots of support from the student recruitment team to help you prepare before your due to attend. You'll also receive a link to a webinar with hints and tips too!
Thanks Verity, that's really reassuring!
