Hi Neal - thanks for your question. The application process stage for the Graduate programmes have 5 stages: Application form; Online Assessments; Job Simulation; EY Experience Day (virtual assessment centre); Final Interview. Key things to help you prepare are practicing numerical reasoning tests and situational judgment tests (Online Assessments) and research your service line/programme and location to make sure you're motivated to apply. Hi Charvi - for the virtual EY exerience day you'll take part in a few different exercises that will measure your strengths - you'll receive lots of support from the student recruitment team to help you prepare before your due to attend. You'll also receive a link to a webinar with hints and tips too!
