Hi Hariharan, I am a business apprentice but I should hopefully be able to help answer your question. Basically, Jan-Feb tend to be a busier period for FS assurance but it will be offset by quieter periods at other points in the year. EY are also very supportive about flexible working and managers are very accommodating.
