Where can my career go what areas would be open to me.
Once apprentices complete their apprenticeships, they remain within the same service line they have joined and progress through the firm.
Can I ask what is meant by service line and what are the main ones - is tehre ever opportunities to move around as career progresses?
A service line is the name for our main departments here at EY. Within a service line, we have sub-service lines, which are more specific areas of the business. Each of our graduate schemes sits within a different sub-service line. More information can be found here: Undergraduate programmes | EY - UK
There can be some movement, but mostly individuals stay in there service lines. Once you join a graduate programme, you are expected to stay in that service line until you have completed the programme.
This is very helpful, Thanks again Bessie
