Hi Ismail, the key element is to show that you are able to work in a team, demonstrating good communication, active listening and the ability to be organised. When the opportunity presents it is also great to show that you are able to lead the team and motivate others without overshadowing their ideas and working together to achieve a great output.

Hello Ismail, thanks for joining! Agree with everything that Ruby has said. During the interview do try and tap into real world examples of where you've shown certain skills - that could be from your studies, part-time job, volunteering or hobbies/societies. They don't have to be directly relevant to the job in EY, as we know that most people don't yet have relevant experience. In the interview try to ask questions too!
