    Hello!

Career Starters has a two-stage process:

    Stage one: Application form
After you’ve created your account, you’ll need to choose your programme and preferred location to work. During this stage, you will need to enter your personal details so we can learn more about you. It’s important to read all instructions carefully and provide all the details of your qualifications. Don’t forget to proofread your answers before submitting them and ensure you remember your login details as you’ll need to access the portal throughout the process.

    Stage two: Online assessments
These immersive assessments that have been specially designed for you so you can demonstrate your potential for the programme you have applied to. They will involve a selection of rank order, written and recorded video answers, and, where applicable to your programme, a time-recorded Numeric Reasoning Test.

We’ll be in touch after to let you know if you’ve been successful in securing a role – good luck!

So I will have to record myself? What kinds of questions will I be asked and how can I prepare for stage 2?

That is right. Interview style recorded answers are part of the online assessment, but please don't worry because we have an amazing resource to help you to prepare: Prep Plus

Preparation is key. So we really recommend for you to use the practice hub, and keep in mind the 8 strengths we look for in candidates during the selection process: Strengths | EY - UK
