Most of our interns are made a graduate offer at the end of their internship programme - So there wouldn't be no need to apply for a graduate programme in your final year!

Glad you think so! How we see it, if you've worked hard for 6 weeks and fit into the great office culture we have here, there's no reason we shouldn't make a graduate offer at the end! We recruit interns into almost all of our office and we understand that sometimes the office you do your internship isn't always the same as the office you want to spend your graduate programme, so there are opportunities to look at transferring your offer elsewhere - I'd just note that this can't always be guaranteed.
