I'm not sure if I fully understand the question. Are you asking about studying towards your professional qualification whilst at EY? Or are you wanting to continue to study full time (e.g. at Uni) whilst at EY?

I will answer both below.

Professional qualifications - all EY graduates will undertake some form of professional qualification whilst at the firm. This is supported by a comprehensive study package that suits the qualification that you are studying towards. Some graduates will go off to college to get support with content for exams, others are expected to conduct self-study but receive support in the form of study days etc. Study support is similar to what other firms offer and is more than sufficient to ensure that you pass your exams.

Full time (e.g. Uni) study - Whilst EY offers a flexible working environment, there is some expectation that junior members of the team will be around during core working hours as this will offer the best opportunity for them to gain exposure to clients and more senior team members who will help with learning on the job. Personally, I don't think it would be possible to attend lectures, tutorials etc. at university and also put your best foot forward at work and vice versa. You would end up having to miss lectures to attend client meetings or potentially miss important meetings at work when you were doing presentations at uni.

Many people in my team have taken a sabbatical year, a few years into working, to go back to university and study something that will help them advance / specialise in their career.

EY offer lots of opportunities for students, still at university, in the form of year-long placements and summer internships. If you wish to continue studying whilst also gaining some experience, it's worth taking a look at the Undergraduate careers site.
