Hi Yesser
EY work in line with Statutory Maternity Leave and this can be discretionary
Sorry I read that as maternity
Is there a specific limitation to paternity leave or is that dsicretionary too? And does it start to apply after 12month in service?
Paternity is 2 weeks full paid. You must have worked for the company continuously for 26 more weeks by the end of the 15th week before the child's expected week of birth. However this is something you could bring up with you counsellor when you start as EY would be supportive.
Okay thank you :) I'll speak to the counsellor when I start
