I understand how the nature of the clients and industries vary between these two offices (FS and UK&I) but I am curious to know what that actually means when it comes to the work and differentiating between: > the types of projects and technology transformations > the daily work as a grad (for both strategy and transformation) > Where is there more exposure to sustainability and climate change tech projects? > Where offers better chances of working abroad? > Which qualification seems more useful (CIMA vs CMCa) as a consultant? > Where offers more mobility between technology consulting competencies? > Where offers more mobility between strategy and transformations? Thank you all for your time and insights.
So FS is our Financial Services sector, the clients you will be dealing with are all within the financial services. ie (Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management)
UK&I on the other hand offers services across all other industries (non-FS) including healthcare, government, sports, oil&gas etc.
- The types of projects and technology transformations.
You can be working on a huge variety of projects, some office based, some client based. A few examples of the type of transformations you can work with includes, AI, Machine learning transformations and blockchain based transformations!
> Where offers better chances of working abroad?
Working abroad depends on the client and where they're Head Office is situated and if there is client work that needs to be completed on client site, it's not particular to FSO/UKI
Thank you very much Zohaib for your insights.
