The hours really vary depending on the project you are put on
From my personal experience, on average I leave around 6 pm, the latest I've had to work was till 9pm.
Responsibilities are mainly related to project admin and excel analysis - so I would recommend practicing your excel skills
TD is quite niche, so it will take you a bit of time to get used to all the terminology, and understand what it is exactly that we do! But you learn a lot fast
Very hard to find info online about TD, so thanks for the clarification!
I second Daevasaa's answer about a large amount of work being excel analysis. There are numerous online (free) excel courses you can do so I would definitely consider completing one before your start date. You don't need to be an excel whiz but it will be very useful for you to know sumifs, xlookups, match & index functions when you start so you can complete analysis. A knowledge of pivot tables is useful too. Also, another few terms you may want to look up online for more information are: transaction support (the previous name of the team before EY changed it a few years ago), vendor due diligence & financial due diligence
thank you very much for the advice!
