Hi Olalekan, we pride ourselves on providing flexible working and supporting our employees in whatever way we can. My daughter has health issues and I can take time off for her medical appointments (in the same way as I could with mine) and I used to work predominantly from home when she was poorly. It's been a relief as I have known I have not needed to worry about what my employer might say as I know EY has my back.
