Hi Ping! It very much depends what sub-service line you work in within tax. The 2 main branches are direct and indirect taxes but within that there are various other teams such as tax audit, compliance, corporate advisory, people advisory services, employment tax services... The nature of tax means that you would have a portfolio of lots of different clients so would normally have a real mix of advisory work and tax compliance work (like doing tax returns and technical work)
