    Hi Alessandra. Great question! I enjoy the level of responsibility afforded to junior members of the team - there are opportunities aplenty to try new things and take the lead on increasingly challenging tasks. On a personal level, I've appreciated the flexibility of work and being able to continue other life pursuits.
