Thank you for your question. For me, some of the most interesting projects have been working with mergers and acquisitions in corporation tax.
I worked with a client where the asset disposals were not only to be divided by the number of days into the merger but by the percentage of holding as two different companies in the same group acquired the third company's assets.
Along with this, making sure we were complying with HMRC's rules and guidelines and delivering on time. This was one of the most challenging projects I have worked on.
