Good afternoon! I am attending the technology risk internship this summer and it is a field that I am extremely interested in for a post graduation career. What are the things that the mentors look for in order to decide whether or not they want to offer a graduate job? Is it purely based on your ability to perform the tasks and your understanding on the topic? What will be the different ways that we would be able to demonstrate our knowledge?
Sorry for the hefty question, I appreciate the time taken for a response!
If you perform well on the summer internship you will receive a graduate offer. More information on this process and how it works will be given to you during your internship :)
How many people are usually offered this or is there no particular amount?
On the internship I think they didn't have high expectations of me to show a strong understanding or ability as I was only there for 6 weeks and had no previous experience at all, I think what is best to do is show a willingness to learn & enthusiasm, ask a lot of questions and be outgoing and introduce yourself to people !
Okay that's great!
Thank you Hannah and Alex!
