In People Advisory Services Taxes we have a rotation programme across mobility, reward, payroll and social security so people get a broad sense of what we do. You also have exams to study for - generally ATT - and do a lot of on the job learning, developing technical skills to give advice to clients and shadow more senior people. Lots of learning.....
