Hi Alix, we really recommend preparing as much as possible! Make sure you take the time to research the role and team. The interviewers are leaders in the team you have applied for so they are very passionate about what they do and they want to know why you are passionate about it as well.

The interview will be mainly strengths based and motivation focused. There is time at the end for the interviewers to ask more general questions and they may want to discuss topical tech news so it is a great idea to look at what we have been publishing on LinkedIn, social media, articles or across our website too :)
