Transferring from a University course to the apprenticeship

Hello, I am currently a first year undergraduate doing a course in accounting (pathways), I was wondering if was to move to the business apprenticeship, would I be able to transfer credits gained from my first year, so I wouldn't have to completely restart?

I applied for the business apprenticeship - assurance in Belfast would my day at university be with Queen university Belfast or ulster university Belfast? Or it isn't possible to transfer credits so I would have to start from the beginning?

Hi Xiao, you would most like have to start from the beginning in this situation. This is because during the apprenticeship in Belfast you would begin your ICAEW. As your first year wouldnt count towards the qualification there would be no applicable credits or qualifications to carry over.
