Training for Data Analytics

Hi, I would like to know more about the training program in EY and in particular for data analytics, what kind of course, online resource, mentorship is available for new graduates? Thanks

    Hi Longfei, we have both on-the-job analytics training and formal/classroom training with more experienced colleagues.

    We also have access to a library of online courses that we can take at any time

    That's good to know, can I ask what is the portion of time you spent on learning and working during your firs year?

    I would say learning (including the accounting qualification) is probably around a third of your time

    Data analytics projects are very varied! The last one I did was creating a dashboard for a client to help them visualise their risks
