Hi, to apply for roles within the technology department, do you have to have a specific degree?

    Hi Abbie, no you do not need to have a specific degree - we provide all the training & developemtn when you join the firm.

    Hi Abbie, I studied International Management and German at University and joined the Technology Risk graduate scheme, just to give you an example that it's more the person you are than the knowledge you bring with you.

    Wow that sounds like a really interesting degree Rose, thanks for replying! Did you find that the things you learnt in your degree still helped you in your role (soft skills etc)?

    Yes, definitely. The accounting and finance modules within International Management have been helpful for my ACA studies. However the soft skills gained when learning a language have been invaluable when having to communicate with clients from all backgrounds on a daily basis.
