Timeline for EY Experience Days and Final Interviews

Hi, I've applied to a graduate programme at EY. The website says that EY Experience Days and final interviews begin in November. However, my application is in the 'shortlisting' stage still in January. Are EY Experience Days and the final interviews also conducted after November? Thank you.
