    Hiya, I was wondering what's the timeline/process of skilled worker visa application? I am on the second year graduate visa atm, and it expires on Jan 2025. I am planning for a trip outside of UK and will be back around the end of July. Not sure if it will be okay as I know you have to be inside UK for a certain period for the visa application. Many thanks!

    Hi Linying, the skilled worker visa would typically take around 3 months

    Hi Helen, thank you! As my current visa expires on January next year, would it be ok if I start my skilled worker visa application a little bit later, for example, end of July or early August?

    Do you mean to start your application? This would be 5 months prior to your expiry date, so we can be started in this time period
