It’s definitely tough to pick the most rewarding thing, but to answer I’d go with the feeling of progression I have. Getting better at anything over time is always rewarding and it applies so much to my job. Looking back and seeing how far I’ve come is massively rewarding, there are things I remember worrying that I didn’t understand when I was new that are now a part of my daily job.
