Technology Consulting Graduate Programme Competencies
Hello, I have been wondering whether during the 2 years programme, there will be a rotation to have a feel of all the competencies available to then choose later the one(s) we liked the most(s) or are we automatically assigned based on our performance, knowledge, qualifications or other factors such as the need of EY? Thank you very much.

Hi Pascal, as a part of the programme, you are offered the chance to go on a secondment. A secondment is a 6 month rotation to a team of your choice, however you have to go through an interview style process. This allows you to experience a new competency, with a view to getting a permanent role in the team, if you perform well.
