Technical Issue while completing EY One Assessement

Hi, I worked so hard to prepare for my EY assessment. However, during the assessment yesterday, halfway through the process, my laptop ran into an issue. I am now trying to complete it today and my EY one assessment no longer shows in the portal? It shows pre-registration now. Please help.
