    Hmm,So for example I see a role for (I'm not sure this is a tech consultancy, but falls in the tech category)TechOps-DE-CloudOpsAMS-SAP Procurement - MM-Staff . Would this role mean interacting with a ticketing platform/ SAP and clients to resolve any particular issues, collecitng and aggregating information/documentation/ proposing solutions?
