Tax Team - Experience at Start
Hi, I was wondering if you remembered the start of you joining the EY Tax Team? Was it straight in at the deep end or do you start with the more basic tasks as such? I've not got a background in Tax etc so was wondering what the teams expectations of grads are when they join?

Hi Holly - thank you very much for your question. I also didn't have any experience prior to joining the EY Tax Team and there isn't any expectation that you will have.
Your team will provide you with more basic tasks at the start, to help you learn the fundamentals and then you will be given increasing responsibility once you have completed those!
Everything you need to know you will be taught by the team :)
