Switching branches during the 3 years
I am in the Hull branch but I am based in Scotland, is it possible to switch to the Scotland based branches if there were vacancies after joining Hull or would I have to stay for the full 3 years?

It would be best to talk to your counsellor about this once you join. Location moves can be possible based on team requirements, although there isn't a blanket rule
