Suppose you are interested in another role at EY but have already accepted your offer at EY. Are you able to apply to a graduate role in a different service line while working at EY? Is there an internal system for employees, or do you use the same method as applying for graduate roles?

You may have the chance to second into another team whilst working on your grad scheme, depending upon your service line. Moves between teams generally aren't available until the end of the grad scheme, and moves between service lines are much more complex. However, you can always apply for roles as an internal hire.

A graduate who joined my team last September did shift to the Private Tax team about 2 months ago, however that was a move within FS Tax and not across service lines.
