Summer Internship 2023 - Business Consulting: Is the Experience Day virtual and what does it entail?
Hi there, I have recently received an invite to an experience day for the summer intern business consulting stream and I had a couple questions: 1) Is it held virtually for the year of 2023? 2) Does the summer internship experience day have a case study, group exercise and interview within it? 3) Does the experience day include a numerical assessment? 3) For the summer internship, do successful applicants then have a final interview? Or is this just for graduates? Thanks in advance for your help :)

Hello, thank you for your question. Your EY Experience day will be a half-day virtual experience which takes place over Microsoft Teams. As part of the day you will take part in two assessed activities, one individual activity and one group activity.
Also, you will have the opportunity to attend two non-assessed networking sessions, one with current graduates from EY and one with other candidates at the assessment centre. You will get more information about the EY Experience day prior to the day.
Most of our summer internship roles do not require a final interview however if you do require a final interview as part of your application process you will be informed.
