Hi Ravindrasingh, we recruit on a rolling basis so once the pipelines are full we close the roles so that is why we recommend applying early and completing the assessments as soon as you are able to :)

What tips do you like to give me for the online assessment? I applied for the audit graduate role so what can I expect in the interview?

Same question for me as well as I need some guidance to assessments EY asks me and question on WHY EY and why this role, what needs to be answered exactly?

We recommend using the practice platform as much as possible before doing the assessment! Like most things practice makes perfect and this is the best way to set yourself up for success. You can access the platform in your candidate account area! You can expect to answer motivational and strengths based interview questions - the strengths we look for can be found on our website: https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/strengths

Unfortunately I cannot give you the answer to your interview questions but I recommend thinking more broadly about EY as a whole company when answering 'why EY', and make sure you know why you want to be in that specific team too.

I tried the practice platform but as it does not provide feedback, it became difficult as it is affecting the confidence. Any guidance on this?

Unfortunately I can't answer the question for you as it is a personal reason that you would be giving but we recommend thinking about all aspects of life at EY and what appeals to you, how you think you can contribute, and what you think you would get out of working here :)
