    It depends how much of your time it takes. You can always say you have a non-negotiable commitment - just let your team you're working on a project with know.

    Great, thanks Daevasyaa. Do you know if for times where there are full day events for the Reserves, could you take unpaid days off, or would you have to annual leave?
