I would say just how friendly and understanding people are. As an apprentice, they do not expect us to be an expert on anything but instead just to have an open and positive attitude. I think this has left a great impression on me of the company.
To cut it short the people. I heard it all thought my interviews and didn't think too much of it. However, being here and met the people in my cohort and engagement. I can say they have been so nice and friendly, and made the past few months so enjoyable.
Great question, I would 100% agree with Jack and Artur. Another nice part of working at EY is looking into all the social clubs/societies EY run (e.g. football clubs, basketball clubs, basically any hobbies will probably have a club at EY!), which helps you find like minded people who may not be in your team.
I would echo what Jack and Arthur have said. The people. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. I agree with what Ben has said too. There are a variety of local clubs in each office and wider networks within EY that you can join as well
