Re-apply after 6 months

Hi there， I had applied for the graduate program in February and wish to try it again. However, I could not continue the application as it mentioned that I must reapply after 6 months. Since it has been more than 6 months from the last failure, but the error message still saying so, I wish to ask what I could do to continue my current application?

    Many thanks for your reply Lucy! I had tried 3 different email address and facing the same problem, may I ask if there is anything I could further do? ( I confirm that I eating for more than six months)
