Question regarding WFH
Hi there, I'm a assurance graduate due to start in September at Southampton office. May I know if we have the WFH options and how many days we need to be on-site per week normally?

EY have been taking a hybrid working approach for some time now. Each team may have their own anchor days which are set days when each team member goes into the office together. These differ between teams. I currently go to the office on Weds and Thurs and WFH the rest of the week. This is also dependent on client work.
