Promotion Cycle Inquiries
If you start your employment in September 2023, you will be promoted in June, July, or August of 2024. This means you will receive a promotion in less than 12 months during your first year of employment. If you start in April 2024, you will be promoted in June, July, or August of 2025, which is equivalent to receiving 14-18 months of year 1 salary before the promotion. Is this true?
