Problem with applicant hub, as it appears to have restarted my application despite having done assessments. ID:799043

This is James Hilman I had recently applied for a placement and done an assessment but when checking the application hub it appears to have restarted my application, is there any thing I can do to fix this, or how can this be resolved or how can this be fixed?
