I will be joining cross border tax in september and was wondering if there is anyway I can upskill myself in prep for that, or think about any common difficulties and how to deal with it
Hi Mohammed - you'll be trained on the job from your start date and EY don't require any pre-existing knowledge or experience. We always recommend to stay updated on your commercial awareness of what is happening in current affairs in your business area for your own knowledge. And the strengths we look for in the interview process are the same as what we strive to see when you're in your role so you can find out more about what to brush up on here: www.ey.com/uk/strengths
Thanks
