Luke E. asked a question to Hania I.
I’ve applied to the Financial Diligence graduate role for 2026 (London) and have completed all of the tests. I’d love to hear about one of your favourite projects you’ve worked on within the Financial Diligence team.
Hi Luke, one of my favourite projects I've worked on so far was a 2-month engagement, in which we produced a report for a hospitality industry client (specifically in the holiday park sector). This was one of the largest projects I have been involved in, and I was working with a great team that I got along with really well. As such, I was able to learn and develop a lot of important technical skills on the job and received great coaching throughout it. I also had a chance to coach a junior colleague as well, which was a new experience for me. I was able to be involved in the project from start to end and work on the P&L side of the engagement which I had not done as much previously, so I had the opportunity to learn about how a company of this size and nature operates, as well as the KPIs which are important for them to measure, which gave me a good insight into the market.
