PAS workforce advisory

Hi! Thanks for your time, I’m a recent master graduate in the international program Work, Organizational, and Personnel psychology. I’m interested in applying for the PAS consulting program. Are there many opportunities to travel (considering covid ofc) and interact with different clients? How diverse is the workforce in the the PAS team?

    Hi Lara! As I mention in the previous question, travel is mostly avoided at the moment, but there are still plenty of opportunities to interact with clients virtually. And when it is safer to travel again, I would expect travel to pick up again too

    Like in other service lines, the workforce in PAS is quite diverse!

    I’m Italian and when I started applying in May i found many resistances in allowing Visas because of covid-19.
