I was wondering how much creativity and innovation is able to be conducted within the work at Parthenon? For example, if a client were a coffee company aiming to grow revenues, would you be able to provide a solution that is "innovative" in the sense that it transforms the way operate? An example to make it clear is Dunkin Dougnuts in the US hired a company to improve sales of their coffee and they adopted beer engines (as per the taps in pubs). Would coming up with the plan for this idea and rollout be within the scope of work and how far down the value chain would this go? Would I be correct to say Parthenon would not work on the implementation but merely provide this idea as advice? Thanks! :)
