I will put some sample scenarios - interested, how the company works from within.

You identify a great opportunity in automating process - you share the idea in one-on-one discussion both in your team and with people outside of your team, and start to work on a proof of concept. While you are still working on a demo, an other team has been assigned officially on taking on this opportunity without your involvement. What would be your followup action?

Hi Tibor, thanks for your question. Unfortunately as this question is rather similar to those in the Situational Judgement module of our EYOne Assessment, we wouldn't be able to answer that one. However, I would advise that you attend one of of our bootcamp webinars, where we discuss how to approach situational judgement questions as part of our assessments.
These events are usually run fortnightly and can be found on our website under EY > Careers > Student > Events > University

Ohh, I see. Thanks for the response Bessie.I'll come up with an other question.I was interested in how these scenarios are handled/shaped by policies/training/candidate selection within.

Hi Tibor, this looks like a scenario which would take place after a candidate has been recruited into a team, so would be unlikely to affect the candidate selection process. This is a very individual scenario - follow up action would be handled on a case by case basis.
