If we are hired at EY London, will we be able to move to a different location like Leeds during the grad role?

Do we have the flexibility to work from other offices or are we expected to stay in the office where we were originally hired for?

Hello! I would say it's important to be visible to the team you have been hired to, though it is possible to work from other locations/offices it's important to be passionate about the location you have applied for

Was being facetious! but as Nina says, it's very good to be in the office especially after you've just joined

Yes, I would love to work out of the London office because from what I've understood from people who work at Big 4 is that, the London office is usually where you get the chance to connect with a lot of your colleagues and build your network

    would definitely agree with that!

And then there's the flip side of that, where you get a lot of long-term loyal clientele in more regional offices - so perhaps more niche advisory pieces. for example, we have experts who work with oil & gas companies in Aberdeen. All about what you are looking for personally :)
