How long does it normally take between being told of an offer (over the phone) and then receiving the offer letter?

Thank you for your question.
The time can vary between a verbal offer and receiving your official EY offer letter.
The team aims to provide this within 2-3 weeks or depending on programme, time of year and other various factors, it can be as long as 6 weeks.
If you are concerned about not having received your offer letter yet and are expecting one, please contact the recruiter that contacted you, or alternatively, email the EY Students mailbox for further help eystudentrecruitment@uk.ey.com.
