Hello - if you are having issues with your application submission, please contact eystudentrecruitment@uk.ey.com - it's also worth checking that if you have any inverted commas in your surname for example, sometimes that can cause issues so if you have one, maybe try removing those if that is affecting your application. Do reach out if you're having any further issues though!
